Irish Shooting Administration

A few years ago, I was trying to decipher the rather arcane and twisty world of Irish shooting administration. Like all sports administration, there were divides along cultural, sporting and political lines, but unlike most other sports, shooters are active in their sports for decades; thus affording these divides unprecedented opportunity to grow in width and obtuseness. As an aid, I drew up a diagram showing the various bodies, and I’ve updated it once or twice since. It gets referenced enough that I thought I should put it up here. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of sports administration bodies in Irish shooting. However, comments on missing elements are welcome, and I do plan to update this again in the near future, so if you see something you believe is incorrect, or notice the absence of something you think should be present, please leave a comment here about it.
